| Terms & Conditions of Warranty
This warranty is limited to the REPAIR of leakage. Fish tank to be repaired must be emptied beforehand by the customer. Otherwise, a service fee based on market rate will be chargeable for clearing of tank. This warranty is limited to the manufacturer's liability to perform repairs in mainland Singapore. For tanks outside mainland Singapore, customer must undertake to bear all cost incurred in bringing the tank for repairs. This warranty will be void if any additions, modifications or changes to the tank are done outside the specifications set by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover leakage resulting from mishandling and abuse to the aquarium tank. Leakage brought about by any stands aside from the recommended aquarium stands that provides total and solid support to the entire bottom of the aquarium tank will not be covered. This warranty does not cover replacement of live stock, any incidental or consequential damage due to leakage. Proof for purchase from CR Aquarium or its appointed dealers must be provided when making a warranty claim.
